Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday) and are shipped within 3 days of the placed order, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Our online store uses Shopify to accept payments. It automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using TLS 1.2 with an encryption key length of 256-bits (the highest level commercially available)

We constantly share our customers photos on our Instagram. To be featured just tag us in your photo wearing your J.Beverly item on Instagram and use #JBeverly. We absolutely love seeing and sharing our happy customers!

Once processed and shipped, domestic (inside United States) orders take 1-5 business days to arrive depending on the method chosen at checkout.

International shipping delivery times vary from 3-13 business days based on location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Yes, we will send a shipping confirmation email to you including a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Please provide 24-48 hours for the tracking to update.

While we do everything we can to keep any customs charges as low as we can for our International customers; customs, duties, taxes, or any other charges related to the receiving and/or importation of a package into a country other than the United States is the responsibility of the buyer.
